Multi-Sites Revenue Manager

Qualified at ESSCA, the Higher Institute for Business Sciences of Angers and the University of Angers, Maëlle has a twin diploma in Services Marketing and Revenue Management. At ESSCA, just as at the University of Strathclyde in the UK, she became sensitive to RM techniques applied to different industries: the hotel industry/ transport/theme parks, etc. Maëlle has worked in the RM departments of Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez and at the World RM head office of the Accor Group, before joining RMforYOU in 2015 to take care of Parisian hotels.

After having completed a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and a Master’s Degree in Services Marketing and Revenue Management at the University of Angers, in partnership with ESSCA, Blandine has worked for 7 years in the Accor Group as Multi-hotels Revenue Manager in Paris, then as Executive Assistant in Nantes. With this strong dual operational experience, she decided to go to Mauritius, where she became Head of Revenue Management Department in a company dedicated to digital solutions for hoteliers in the Indian Ocean. Based now in West France in Nantes, Blandine joined RMforYOU in July 2019 and manages ski hotels for BEAUMIER.

Multi-site revenue manager

Business school degree holder at ESCEM Tours, Emilie specialized in the Tourism Industries in partnership with Bordeaux business school. After spending a year-out in the Revenue Management department at Majestic Barrière 5* and Gray d’Albion 4* Cannes, she took the opportunity to work at Accor worldwide Headoffice to roll-out management support tools globally. Thanks to this rewarding experience, Emilie expand her expertise at Accor Switzerland in charge of economic brands for many years. Based in the French Alps, Emilie finally joined RMforYOU and is responsible for a range of luxury mountains and seaside hotels.

The Founder

With more than 25 years’ experience in Revenue Management. Freddy Bodin was one of the first Hotel Revenue Managers in Europe in 1996 (GB), then becoming Head of RM for Great Britain. He joined the Accor head office, created the World  RM department, in which he follows developments in Technology, Pricing and Distribution. In 2013, he put out a range of outsourced RM services for hotels in the Accor franchise. A former cook, Freddy Bodin loves to share his passion for improving schools and international meetings in the most hands-on, operational manner.

Multi-Sites Revenue Manager

As a manager and entrepreneur who studied languages and hospitality management, Jean-Philippe has 20 years’ experience in the hotel and restaurant industry: after 5 years working within the financial departments of international chains in London, Lyon and the island of Saint Martin, he subsequently spent 15 years running his own restaurant business. He joined RMforYOU in September, 2017 and is now overseeing the BEAUMIER hotels in South of France.

Multi-Sites Revenue Manager

Graduated with an International Hotel Management MBA, Romano spent his management training period in the sales, marketing, and revenue management office in Cannes. He’s got assigned the revenue analysis of Majestic Barrière 5*, Gray d’Albion 4* in Cannes & Le Carl Gustaf 5* in Saint-Barthélemy. After his academic path, Romano started a multi-property revenue manager position, with 5 Accor hotels in Paris regions. He got offered to be in charge of the CSR as a transversal role. Romano is now managing ONOMO hotels in Africa.
